banned from driving: can i ride e-bike???

Hey folks,

So I recently got banned from driving (long story), and I’ve been trying to figure out how to get around without a car. I’ve been thinking about getting an electric bike, but I’m not sure if that’s allowed when you’re banned from driving. Does anyone know if you can legally ride an e-bike in this situation? Are there any specific rules or restrictions I should be aware of?
